Are You Enjoying our Coffee Bar?

Each week our coffee bar is stocked with coffees (several flavors available) and treats - and that's one reason for visiting the Bar which is in the East hall near the church kitchen.

The best reason for visiting the Coffee Bar, however, is that it's a great place and time to catch up
on the week with your fellow FUMC'ers.

The Bar is open  from about 8:00 thru 11:00 am each Sunday.  Stop by and have a cuppa!                 

At the Wednesday Night @ Church gathering on April 23, the Music/Youth Departments presented A Tale of Three Trees - a musical extravaganza complete with chorus, solo pieces, costumes and scenery.  What a wonderful experience for our youngsters, under the direction of Ms. Terre Ware and Ms. Kellye Canon, with Ann Martin and Shirley Poynter assisting.

The Children's Department has announced that Vacation Bible School will be held June 15 through June 19.
This year's theme will be BEACH PARTY - Surfin' through the scriptures!

The Pairs and Spares Class has begun a 13-week study entitled "United Methodist Questions and United Methodist Answers." The format will be discussion, not lecture. Whether you are an old timer or new to the people called Methodists you are invited to visit and join with the Pairs and Spares as we explore our faith.

Two Seder meals have been scheduled for Holy Week - one on Tuesday and one on Wednesday.

A HEART TO HEART CONVERSATION

 All moms with children in the home will want to join us for a Heart to Heart gathering. 
We always have food and door prizes at our Thursday Mom’s Nite Out from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m.

If you are 18 – 28 years of age and looking to find a Christ-centered life, then you have found the right place.  The C.Y.B.E.R. Café is a new Sunday morning class that has been designed to bring you in connection with God through the use of today’s media.  Please come and join the spiritual adventure with us.  We will be meeting in the Library until the Café renovation is completed.  Come bring a friend!  Rich and Karyn Cramer
